Tonawanda Auto Repair

Absolutely outstanding service! I would one hundred percent recommend going through them when getting into Ana Cisneros or getting any damage to you’re car. They keep you updated through text and call about what is being fixed and what parts need to be ordered etc. They kept me feeling reassured and calm through the whole process that we all know is stressful! And on top of it they work right along with enterprise! Which means you have a rental car you can get picked up there and leave the rental car there when you’re car is ready for pick up and they take care of it from there! They also gave me information to help me from over paying for something through the rental car process which wa so helpful since I am so young and it being my first accident! You need a fix go to gerber! You will not be disappointed! 😁

All in all not bad work, timing could be worked on. Fix worked well it seems. Very happy with the outcome

they got me in the day after I called and fixed things very quickly! less than a day down time. Chris and Chris were very helpful!

They got me in & out quickly. I had an appointment so there was no waiting. All I had done was an inspection.

Great experience! My third time using their services at two different locations and they were excellent in every area of service.

Replace passenger side mirror.

Great and quick service!! I was having issues figuring out what was wrong with my car after getting services previously with a dealership, the technicians truly listened to me and were able to find the root cause and get it fixed for me as soon as they could. As a female this truly means a lot, thank you Alex and the rest of the crew there!

Wonderful, friendly service. They were able to squeeze me in quickly and work around my schedule as best they could so I would have a vehicle for work. They also ran a full check for me, knowing I was about to drive to Kentucky for a college visit with my daughter. We made it safely there and back with no issues! Car is running great!

I purchased your 1 year pre paid maint plan for $229.00 but I have not yet received a list of what the plan covers, please send me by email a list of services the plan covers
